No. A Smilewise text never asks for medical records, insurance numbers or payment details, and never tells you what is wrong with your teeth.
Using the information
No. The site helps you understand and prepare. Decisions about your own care should be made with a dentist who has examined you.
Call a dentist. For swelling that is spreading, a fever, trouble swallowing or breathing, or bleeding that will not stop, go to an emergency room.
The Smilewise team writes and updates them, drawing on widely available patient guidance. Each page says what it covers and points you back to your dentist for anything personal.
